Own Your Story—Contact Me Now
Hey, I'm Alona. If you know me, you know me from my content — the reactions, the streams, the books, all of it. But underneath the chaos, I'm a writer too, and I'm opening up manuscript critiques.
You've put hours — years, maybe — into this book. So what's next?
I'm not here to blow smoke. I believe in real feedback, the kind that actually moves your writing forward instead of just telling you what you want to hear. If you're stuck in revision, second-guessing your draft, or just need someone to tell you the truth about what's working and what isn't — that's what I'm here for.
Whether you're four drafts deep and need fresh eyes, or you're early in and just need a gut check before you go further, I want to be part of that process with you. I'm not going to pretend I've got decades of editing behind me — what I bring is honesty, a real understanding of story, and the same "no filter" energy I bring to everything else I do. If that's what you're looking for, I think we'd work well together.
If revision has you feeling lost or stuck, let's fix that. Let's find what's holding your manuscript back and get it tight, polished, and ready — for querying, publishing, or wherever you're taking it next.
Sound like your kind of collaborator? Keep reading for what working together actually looks like. I can't wait to dig into your story with you.
$0.01 per word*
Want feedback that actually digs in? My manuscript critique gives you real, in-depth notes on your story — plot, characters, pacing, all of it.
*25K word minimum. Shorter manuscripts welcome, but will be quoted at the 25K rate.
Here's what you're getting:
In-line comments throughout your manuscript — I'm calling out plot development, character work, pacing, worldbuilding, consistency issues, plot holes, all of it. You'll also get my honest reactions as a reader, in real time, as I move through your story.
A 5+ page edit letter breaking down where your novel needs work. I'm answering the real questions: Did the pacing and character growth feel natural? Are there plot holes or contradictions I need to flag? Were there scenes that needed more — or scenes that didn't need to be there at all? Did your characters stay consistent and actually compelling? Did anything pull me out of the story?
Feedback built around you, not a template. Before I start, you'll fill out a quick questionnaire so I know your specific concerns and pain points — that way my notes are actually useful to your book, not generic.
Line-Level Add-On (+$0.002 per word): Want notes on the sentence level too? This add-on covers word choice, awkward phrasing, cliché lines, and character voice consistency. Heads up — this isn't a full line edit, it's line-level suggestions woven into the rest of your feedback.
